Keld Head Farm Cottages were created in 1989 from a group of traditional stone built stables and barns arranged around a courtyard, tastefully and expertly restored by local craftsmen.
Two new cottages Pasture View sleeping 8 and The Smithy sleeping 2 were completed in 2003.

Each of the nine cottages has its own individual style and layout varying from single storey and two storey to “ upside down “ and will accommodate from 2 up to 8 people. Many of the original features have been retained and the cottages have open beamed ceilings, traditional stone fireplaces and pantile roofs. All cottages have access to large private gardens with garden furniture and a children’s play area.
The cottages are fitted out to the highest standard of comfort with central heating and double glazing throughout. They are spacious and have been tastefully decorated with coordinated quality fabrics and wood work in teak Some of the bedrooms have four poster or king size beds.
The kitchens are fitted out in traditional pine and are fully equipped and include filter coffee maker,toaster, microwave, fridge freezer as well as conventional ovens. Some have dishwashers & washing machine
